Senior Charity Care, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors, won the Community Foundation of Utah's Social Innovation Forum competition in 2014. This award launched a new Senior Mobile Health Clinic program that brings oral, vision and hearing healthcare to over 300 medically underserved seniors each year.
